These cookies are so yummy! What makes this recipe so good is that you can freeze the batter! Simply roll into balls and freeze in a single layer in an airtight container for up to 3 months. I used Lindt Couverture white piccolo for the white chocolate and Valor dark 70% cocoa chocolate. The dark chocolate is sugar-free which makes this a little less of a guilty pleasure to indulge in!

I grab the jumbo baby marrows with all I have when I see them in the greengrocer. And you should too! They are amazing to stuff with all kinds of ingredients. This recipe is inspired by the master of vegetables, Yotam Ottolenghi. It is great to serve as a side next to roast chicken or fish or basically anything! You can make the stuffing a day ahead if you’re pressed for time.

Waffles are such a kid-pleaser! So much so that it turns adults into big kids too! What I love about the recipe is that it’s low in sugar.

We live in KZN and every family has their version of the best bunny. I’ve added my twist to the faithful Durban bunny by making lamb tikka masala instead. this curry has a ton of ingredients, but the end result is so well worth it, that I am sure this will become your new go-to curry! Do yourself a favour and go to the trouble of baking your own bread. These little loaves are so soft and fluffy, you will thank me later!

A festive occasion calls for a big statement, and this paella is just that: a colorful rice dish bursting with clams, mussels and shrimp along with smoky chorizo and saffron for tons of flavor. You don’t need much else to serve alongside it, but you could make a green salad if you feel inspired.
